help Dir 615 slow speed

my problem is with my ps3, if i'm playing online with my ps3 and at the same time i'm downloading a large file off the inter with my pc my ps3 speed is really bad but if i go and pause the file i'm downloading my ps3 speed is awesome, is there any settings i can change to fix this. thanks
