Online Backup Storage Services

Is there an online backup company that reads the DNS-321? I've tried Data Deposit Box and another but I'm unsuccessful in finding one that reads the NAS to be able to backup. I called for support and they said that some NAS devices will not work with online backup systems. Just wondering if someone else had any luck.
