Just sent you 2 screenshots, one of the 64-bit dxdiag gui output and the System Properties, showing 64 bit mode... I will do, just for completeness sake, a 32-bit Vista Playback.exe run on a 1920x1080 screen.
(As I said in Reply #7: I had not specifically tested hi-res on 32-bit, or could not remember having issues there...)

UPDATE: Yes, Playback.exe runs fine on 32-bit (Vista and W7) on 1920x1080, but with a lot of black around (sides mostly) the 1280x1024 app-image, but none of the 64-bit boys allow for anything above 1280x1024.

I did not want to lug around my 1920x1200 screen to check on other boxes, so that's why only 1920x1080...

Thank you the txt file did not seem to list the OS as 32 or 64bit. I guess that is only in Windows7 and not Vista it is shown in the dxdiag info print out.

Unfortunately the D-ViewCam 3.00 and 3.01software is not officially supported for 64bit operating systems which leads me to believe that this is the reason it is crashing. The 3.02 release is planned to support 64bit I believe.

I dare not ask... Any idea on Rel-Date 3.02? Or a list of included enhancements/fixes?

Nope sorry, not yet. Actually it will be a version 3.20 I was informed later this year.

Thanks anyhow. I mean, there are a few work-arounds possible and the LiveViewer/Console work fine, so it is not really a show-stopper. Keep up the good work.

P.S. If you need a Beta-tester, say the word!
