BT Version and Speeds

I tried searching for this but was hoping someone knows off the top of their head. What version of Bittorrent is installed from the easy search utility for F/W 1.08. I just want to make sure its not a version that is banned by my private torrent site.

Also, it seems that my speeds max out at 350 KB/sec but I am able to get 10 MB/sec on my computer as I have a 100Mbit connection. Tried setting all the settings to -1 for unlimited speeds but no dice.
