Admin login via Windows 7 - Blank Status - Can't do anything

...however when I log in via my Ipad I have full control . This is not me logging in twice at the same time . Has anybody experienced this before ?? Administrating via my ipad is cumbersome and not as fast as my desktop . Any thoughts on how I resolve this ??

It looks like the first part of your sentence is cut off. . .
Are you able to log into the web UI from a browser on a PC connected to your LAN? What browser did you use? (IE? FF?). Firefox typically works well.
