PS3 Cannot connect to the Playstation Network

I've been having trouble for months trying to connect to the Playstation Network with my PS3.

Everytime I do Network Test it obtains a IP and it gets an Internet connection then Fails at PlayStation@Network.

I've placed it in the DMZ, have uPnP enabled but no go.

I am able to obtain software updates all day long but can never log in.

I've connected the PS3 directly to my Fiber Modem and it connected without any problems.

I'm at a loss as to what the problem is.

Any ideas?
