Hi,
I have the 655 with 1.21 A1/A2 on it withOUT that secure spot thing.
It is ok but every few days I need to login and reboot it or go and just unplug it and plug it back up.
I get a lot of errors on wireless when I move a lot of data back and forth.
So I just know to reboot it.
IS it in my best interest to upgrade the firmware?
Also this.
We use Skype a lot. So I set the NAT Endpoint filtering UDP>Port and Address Restricted and TCP the same way. Enabled SPI and anti-spoof check. Does this have any effect on Skype tran/receive?
So is this the best way to keep my lan in check?
We use Dell laptop/XP3, Dell desktop/XP3, 21.5 iMac OS10.6, 17" iMac OS10.5 and a macbook 13" OS10.5 and a Sony BDP460 blue-ray for netflix wired in and a Wii wireless. Our DSLite and Sony PSP won't hook up because I use WPA only , 801.11n and g, 20/40 width and auto on channel.
If this needs to be in another post let me know.

I have always told people if you do not know what is going to be affected by changes your are making then do not change them or you will just create more problems.

Google and learn before hosing the router.
