We have two seperate LAN's in-house that I'd like to connect, but I'm not sure how to set up the routing.

We have a new VOIP phone system in-house (just installed) that is on it's own LAN in the building.  The phone system is at 192.168.2.254, subnet 255.255.255.0, and it has it's own DCHP server for the phones to use.  The management wanted it on it's own LAN.

Our other LAN in the building has IP's in the 10.0.0.xxx range with a subnet of 255.0.0.0.  It also runs a DHCP server for the computers in-house.  This is where our computers live.  The DFL-800 is at 10.0.0.15, with a lannet of 10.0.0.0/24.  It also serves as our gateway out to the internet as well as routing inbound traffic to web servers, etc.

I'd like to be on a PC on 10.0.0.144, for example, and be able to connect via HTTP to 192.168.2.254.

I was planning to go to Objects->Address Book->InterfaceAddress and create 2 new objects:

voip_lan_ip: 192.168.2.200
voip_lannet: 192.168.2.0/24

Routing->Routing Tables->Main, then Add, and set up a new route:

Interface: voip_lan_ip
Network: voip_lannet
Metric: 200

Is this the correct set up?

The interface would be LAN or the VLAN you wish to use, but other than that your portion looks good.

You will also need (assuming both are on the LAN)
A core interface route with metric 0 for the voip_lan_ip
IP Rules allowing traffic between lans
