As you should know, DFL need to have set up some dns servers on the system/dns to be able to resolve some dns name hardcoded on the utm firmware.So if you do not set up with proper dns servers then you will have this mesage even if the firewall is correctly registered to the security portal.The othe alternative is that the server is down, which I doubt.
