Factory Reset problem

I forgot my log in information to log in to my router. I did the reset to reset to default settings but it still wont let my log in whit the admin and blank password field.

Hey Kesstun,

The proper way to do the reset is to hold the reset button down for 10 seconds. After you release the button you should notice all the lights in the front blink on/off. If you don't see this light activity the reset did not go through successfully. This is usually caused by the tool you used to hold it with. Just make sure it's small and long enough to hold it down. A bent paperclip is perfect. Some users also are able to hear or even feel the button 'clicking' very silently down.

Just to add, if the lights went Off/On after resetting the router but still cannot logon to the router configuration try delete cookies, clear history and restore browser settings. Or even use another web browser.
