Changing Default Windows Workgroup
« on: November 20, 2011, 01:31:11 PM »

Hi,

I saw an 20 month old post saying it is impossible to change the default Windows workgroup from WORKGROUP. Just wondering if this has changed, or whether anyone has found a work around.

Thanks,
Don

Router:

Storage > Storage Access > Workgroup Setting

Its has always been there, unless you are stating that the function doesn't work?

[Edit] I'm not sure if you mean changing the Workgroup on the Windows Operating System

Windows 7:
Start > Control Panel > System (Viewed by small icons) > Advanced System Settings > Change...
