Is there a way, perhaps with a separate Gateway, that a phone call coming in on say 763-555-1212 (a number separate from our main line and main gateway) connected to that gateway would be automatically directed to an automated attendant, rather than our main phone system where an operator answers from 7-4, or would we have to have an entire setup (Gateway and Base Unit) to accomplish.
I guess to put it simply, can I get L4 (or gateway 2 L1) to have the automated attendant answer the phone all the time outside of our normal 7-4 where we have it routed to ext 100 (Receptionist).
