Well the first camera need my router to port port 81 and static addres for the camera as usual. So what did he do differently. had me cycle the router unplug the camera also then turn the router on and then the camera waiting for 30seconds inbetween the router and camera. So with all that it is working on the one camera. I will post tomorrow.
