DFL-800 Slow Internet connection with DHCP clients

Hey guys,

I'm having an issue with my DFL-800 and I don't have any clues how to address it.
I have DHCP enabled in the router. I set up a number of ip addresses to be mapped
to its corresponding MAC address, so the PC will always grab the same ip. I recently
got a 100 MB internet connection and is working pretty good now, but I notice
something estrange. All the PCs with static assignments in the router get around 20
mbs downloads speeds (depending on distance) but the ones that join the network
without an static assignment only gets around 1 mbs download speeds. If I take any
of those PCs and give it an static assignment in the DFL, the speed just jump to the
20s.  Any advice on this issue will be appreciated.
