I have 4 HDDs in My NAS (Raid 5) and one of them failed. I bought a new one to change.
I gave NAS run on it process ( format and synchronize ) and then i got email that "Synchronise is done".
When I checked on config webpage of NAS, I found it said "volume 1 (degrade)". I restarted NAS again
to make sure everything work fine. After I restarted it, it started synchronize again. Now, it is synchronizing.
I have 2 TB each and every synchronize time is about 2000 mins.

Do you have any idea??? Please help me
