Bug Report? Failed HD Email wrong....
« on: November 29, 2010, 02:24:11 PM »

Is there a place to report bugs? I discovered while swapping drives around that when using only one drive, (or a mix of good and failed drives) that it tells me the failed drive is the Right Hand Drive in the failed drive emails. So it sends the RIGHT HAND fail when there is only one drive, and even if it's in the left or right.

The web interface does show it's swapping from left to right, it's just the warning email that doesn't update.....

The only "reason" I can come up with is it WAS the RIGHT HAND drive of the array that is now missing (failed and now removed) so no matter where in the BOX (right or left slot) the good drive now is, it tells me the RIGHT HAND drive is failed (maybe it remembers the Serial Number?). It was the RIGHT HAND drive that failed to begin with so maybe as long as that drive is the missing/failed one it will continue to to refer to it as the RIGHT drive? Wonder if fixing the array once I have a new disk will correct it?

Anyone?
