DGS-3100-24 - Stop unicast stream flooding

Hello

I haven't been able to figure this problem out.  We have about 20 unicast IP video streams that come in and out of our network/DGS-3100-24. The problem is when the end point hardware is not available the switch seems to be flooded by that unicast stream.  Instead of dropping the packets the switch seems to flood every port continuously. Is there any way to stop this from happening.
