Which adapter is needed to set up 300 Mbps connection?

An adapter that supports a N mode. Review the sticky about the 300Mb connection. There are various adapters that can connect. Be aware that some adapters might say they support the N mode however they only connect at 270Mb. Mostly seen them in Laptops. My Mac Book Pro from 2 years ago only connects at 270Mb, not 300. I think it was an early draft for what I got.
