DNS-323 Keeps Shutting Off-Why?
« on: December 31, 2010, 11:15:57 AM »

My DNS-323 keeps shutting off. It will run for several hours after I turn it on and it seems to work fine in terms of the drives, but then it always turns off.

Is there a way for me to find out why it's doing this - like a log file or something?

If not, anyone know what is the likely cause?  I'm guessing it's either a drive, the power supply or the fan, but I don't really know how to narrow it down.

Thanks

Try resetting to default, then reconfigure.

Mh, how's the temperature of the DNS-323 at shut-down? If it's hot then I suspect a faulty fan.

HNY!
