Router is causeing Lag issues in Age Of Conan?

Got this router the other day and befor i installed it i had no problems with lag in aoc but after i installed the 4500 i am getting all kinds of weird lag issues i tried everything too disabling gamefuel, port forwarding, messing around with windows qos  but nothing seems to help so if anyone has any ideas to fix this let me know.
