New Firmware Questions

Hello, the firmware that DLs thru the router is named "DIR655A4_FW120B07.bin" does this mean it is only for A4 hardware?  silly question, but i ask none the less....  i have A3 and i would like to try getting my DS online (it currently gets de authenticated) so i finally decided to try the update and i noticed the A4 at the end of the filename...

Hi,

I think that most folks would say it does NOT mean its only for the A4 version.  Is there an A4 now ?

The main question is whether the firmware will operate correctly for what YOU need to get done ???  A lot of contributors here would say "maybe yes..Maybe NOT"

yeah... well it would seem that the way things are going here asking about stuff like that might be wiser then not asking.... :o

 anyways...  i just want to get my DS and my crappy old HP jornada connected and it seems like no go....  both see the network but neither can stay connected.....
