FTP Scripting
« on: November 06, 2008, 09:45:57 AM »

I currently have a PC running 24 hours so it can receive ftp uploads. It then runs a batch file which validates the upload and emails the send with the success/failure results of the upload.

If I could move this function to the DNS-323 I could finally turn this PC off. Is there any way to run a batch file on a schedule? If so, any suggestions where I might get some information on it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

At this time there is no D-Link supported way to run a batch file or script of your own creation.

RAID1 is for disk redundancy - NOT data backup - don't confuse the two.

Thanks Fordem.

That would be a great wishlist request. Execute a script or batch file after an upload, or on a schedule.
