ps3 connected wireless having server timeout

hi everyone. can someone please help me to setup playstation 3 connecting wireless to DGL-4500.  my internet provider was at&t dsl 3mbs to 6 mbs and the modem is motorola 2210-02-1002 was bridge and connect pppoe at router. i did setup all the port from activision site for call of duty 4 and playstation 3 already set static ip with the same on under portforward. while playing multi player online i didn't have good signal and after one game end the server timeout but my ps3 still online and the signal on xmb was 100% fulled under network setting.

SPI=DISABLE
UPnP=ENABLED
DHCP Reservations
Gamerfuel= Enabled
FIRMware version=1.15
PORTFORWARD (GAMING) SET=80, 443, 5223 (TCP) AND 3658, 3478, 3074, 3075 (UDP).
Automatic Classification :ENDABLED

What version of the router and what firmware are you running?

says the firmware is 1.15.

Does this also happen with other games you play online?
Since it's now an open beta, how is your connection with Home?

it was running 1.15 firmware and the version was A1. i have no problem at other games  beside call of duty 4 modern of warfare and call of duty world at war those are the 2 sometime when playing multiplayer and got sign out from psn by some error code 827xxxxx and all the time if i'm not the host ending 1 game it came up a error said the server timeout but i was still connected with psn? it's hard to get solid signal at those 2 game too (4 green signal bar at the game by pressing select on the game ) there are no problem connected with HOME open beta i just have try yesterday..
