Ok man, sorry that we could not find a fix for this. I think we've tried everything for the most part. I'm going to recommend that you return for a refund and try another or something different. I really have enjoyed this unit and wish you could have had the same experience. I understand the frustration and wish this unit would have worked out. I hope you give another DLink unit a try. Let us know what you get. Hope it works out well.

Good luck and also make sure the clerk knows what you've done and to ask him to send it back to DLink so they can review it and get it fixed. Hope the next router works well.
