No audio from MPEG files stored on NAS
« on: February 20, 2011, 12:55:33 PM »

Here's an interesting problem that may have an easy answer, but has me stumped. I've got movie MPEGs and TV show recordings via Windows Media center (mkv ?) files on the DNS323. I can play them AND hear them on a hardwired Vista PC, but can only see them (no audio) on a wirelss XP laptop. Any ideas what the problem might be?
If it makes a difference the TV shows and MPEGs were recorded/created on the hardwired Vista PC.

You can use gspot () to find out all the info about that media file. With that info, it might be easier to get some answers.
