CD broken- need a instillation wizard

i have already installed this, but it stop working so i unplugged it, now cant find the CD

You don't need the CD to set up the router, you can connect your PC wired to the LAN Port in the back of the router and type in 192.168.0.1 into any browser and it should bring up the routers web page for you. Log in as ADMIN with out any password. You can do this after you reset the router using the button in back. It's pretty easy.
