5.8 GHz Wireless Telephone Interference

I've searched this topic on the forum with no results. Will my 5.8GHz wireless telephone interfer with the 5GHz signal of my router?

Short answer:  Yes.

Long answer:  Most cordless phones that are not based on the DECT 6.0 signals can "cause" problems.  However, it is really unknown if your cordless phone will cause any problems.  It depends the location where you place the router and how far is the cordless phone  "base" unit from it.
