Upgrading the hard drives.
« on: February 26, 2011, 02:59:44 PM »

Currently i have a 1TB and a 500GB hard drive setup in my DNS-321.  Im going to buy 2x2TB drives two fully upgrade this magnificent piece of hardware.  Before I do however, im wondering how easy/difficult it is gonna be to copy the existing data over to the new drives?

How are the drives configured? Standard Volumes or RAID?  Also is the data on HDD1 backing up to HDD 2 or two different sets of data?
