RAID 0 setup without formatting
« on: March 25, 2011, 06:02:52 AM »

I already have 2 HD setup for RAID 0 and wonder if I can install them to the 321 without re-formatting.

If you attempt this, you should backup all your data prior to trying.

They were internal drives of my PC with RAID 0. Now my PC has died on me and I am trying to find a way to replace it as well as recover the data.

You WILL need to format the disks when you move them from the PC to the NAS.  Look elsewhere for data recovery.
