RAID 1 sync with 2TB drives

Can anyone please give me an idea of how long it takes for the DNS-323 to sync 2x2TB drives at RAID 1.  I am currently showing 8334.00 minutes which is almost 6 days.  I am upgrading from 2x320G drives.
