New kind of forum, place help request, no one answers?

Is this a new kind of forum, place help request, no one answers? I have searched on 321 and map trying to learn about the best uses of the DNS and I keep finding problems posted but no replies.  Am I doing something wrong?  Does anyone from D-Link follow this forum.  Is there a suggestion of what forum would be of help for D-Links DNS 321? :-\
