A JBOD issue?

My 323 is mainly used to serve movies to various networked TVs. It is accessed by a Linux HT computer running XBMC and a networked SAMSUNG Blu-ray / DVD player. The Linux distro and the player's firmware are up-to-date.

Both boxes, under those condistions, can only access files on the first drive and don't even "see" the second hard drive. With Windows/Explorer and Linux/Nautilus, I can access both drives. Using XBMC or the DVD player, I cannot access all drives.

Is there anything that I can do about it?
