Easy Search Utility do not detect Samsung 1TB HD103UJ

I tried to configure the DNS 323 including 2 Samsung 1 TB HD103UJ. The Easy Search Utility detect the DNS 323, but do not find the Samsung HD. It is also not possible to configure the DNS 323. Anyone who know about the problem?
How can I do an fireware upgrade without the harddisk´s?

Try the WebGUI instead.  Look at the display on the DNS-343 to determine what the IP Address of the unit is and then type the following in your browser:

http://###.###.###.###


Once you login, try applying the 1.02a firmware update.  Once applied, see if the unit detects the HDD's.  Lastly, did you check the D-Link Support site to ensure that the HDD's you purchased were tested by D-Link (or others)?

What IP address did the DNS-343 show up as and what is your PC IP address?

You state DNS-323. Do you in fact have a DNS-343 this is the DNS-343 forum?
