Can't access configuration page anymore
« on: May 17, 2011, 04:53:14 PM »

Hi All,

I have had my DNS-323 for a few years and its been working great.  I just recently was given a new Modem/Router from my ISP and installed it today.  I can still access my DNS-323 from my network mapped drive but I can not access the configuration page in my browser now.

I have run the Easy search utility and have checked the IP address of the DNS-323 and typed that into the browser and the browser just hangs.  I can ping the box as well.  I tried resetting the box with the small hole on the back too.  Any ideas?

I'm running Windows7 and have an Actiontec modem.

My thinking here is the router is blocking access. Do you have any other networked devices with a web interface that you can test? Did you take a look at the router settings?
