D-viewcam 3.11 No audio

Hello everyone, I follow this forum for quite some time.
I searched for a solution by reading the past conversations but nothing. I explain my problem.
I have 5 DCS 2121 IP cameras with firmware 5.1 all connected to a computer with d-view cam 3.11, everything works perfectly but no audio. I recorded only one room and hear the audio, and all the other dumb. even if I use the live viewer both locally and remotely the same situation does not change, same thing if I use the recording, record audio in a single room, why?
The configuration and 'the same for all rooms, suggestions? Many thanks for any help.

I have a similar problem.  I just bought a DCS-2121 camera specifically to have audio.  I already have a 910 and 920.

I can hear the camera (with a 1 second delay) through my sound system 'live'.  I can record a test in the Firefox browser...the behavior is different in IE, Firefox, and Chrome with this camera...not sure why.  (can't set up WiFi in Firefox...different issue).  So I can play back a test .AVI successfully recorded in the browser.

In the D-Link program itself I can record the camera but NEVER hear the audio on playback.  All the settings seem normal with the volume set to max.

Any thoughts are appreciated!

I didn't get a reply about not hearing sound in the D-Link program so I'll re-phrase the question.  Does any have a DCS-2121 camera that records sound properly so it can be heard on playback using the standard D-Link software program?

I solved my problem. I apologize for the delay.
In short, I had to enable voice recording for each camera in the scheduled recording. Now everything is working smoothly and the audio is recorded and reproduced.

Too bad that live in the remote viewer on the audio quality and 'very poor and the sound feels very bad that you can'do?

Ideas?
