I have an Dell 3000 PC running XP. My D-Link router has the latest software 1.34NA and SharePort has the latest version (3.0) as well. When I connect the printer to the USB port in the back of the router I can see it through the SharePort software but can not connect. In the SharePort software when I follow the instructions and hit the "Configure" button it seems to just sit there trying to do something.
I had first tried the above with the printer installed as a local printer and then replug into the router.
I uninstalled the printer and re-installed it as network printer that is connected to this PC. Neither option worked.
Does anyone please have any suggestions to get this to work?
