I have set up a Cisco SPA504G to access two PBX Asterix servers through a DIR-615.  One line works fine, but the other does not.  The non-working line will register to the server and can make outgoing calls.  It can be rung, but when picking up the phone, no audio is transmitted and the person on the other end of the line still hears ringing.  Can anybody think of any reason this might occur that would be due to the router?  Here are the details of the hardware:

Phone: Cisco SPA504G
Router: DLINK DIR-615
HW Revision: E3
Firmware 5.1
PBX: Trixbox/Asterix
ISP: Cox

Things I have tried that have not worked:
Disabling SIP AGL
Port forwarding (various ranges, not certain they're correct, but were given by the PBX admins)
Tons of settings on the phone itself.

Any other details you might need, please let me know.

Any suggestions?

The 615 is a home user based router and thus does not offer or support any PBX or business class VoIP protocols that the Cisco is requiring. You'll need to consult with Cisco on what business class router is needed to effect full use of there hardware.

I'd be willing to accept your estimation of the situation if the phone did not work at all, but one line to one PBX works perfectly and the other line to another PBX does not.  The hardware can handle it, I'm just looking for some ideas as to why there might be this incongruity between the lines.

Any ideas?

I would contact Cisco and ask them. Again, these routers probably don't have support for any such PBX and Cisco probably has certain requirements on there HW to get proper operation of there HW. They should know what is needed.
