Hi can someone tell me how to upload an image to this forum, from my pc please? thank you

You cannot upload files to the forum - however - if you upload the image to a file hosting service - for example image shack, you can link to that image.

RAID1 is for disk redundancy - NOT data backup - don't confuse the two.
