DCS-2121 FTP upload issues (FW 1.05)

I set a video clip upload to FTP based on image motion events. But without success.
When I read LOGS of a FTP server I faced that fact that DCS-2121 do not send authentication data (login and password) to the FTP, so clip can not be uploaded. FTP test was fine.

Someone faced this issue?

Hello to all !

Today I got snapshots on FTP server.
But no video clips.

Firmware Version   1.05, 4630

Does anyone did this? what settings were used?
