Sony Playstation Issue

I have a couple of Sony Playstation 3 consoles that I use for streaming photos and videos from my DNS-325 over a gigabyte network. The DNS-325 works well except for one issue and that is that the folders and files stored on the server are not presented in alphabetic order within the directory structure when accessing them through a PS3.  They are in order when I view them using a computer. I was told by D-Link support there was a way to control this through the Playstation, but I beg to differ. Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution. I previously had a HP Mediavault for my server and it did not have this problem with the PS3s.
