Firmware update problems

I am trying to update my 825 to 1.01.  I have downloaded the update then wire my laptop and click upload.  However all that happens is I get a notification that it fails for reason that are either the router is to busy (which it is not I reset it check users logged on and its just chillen).  I might not be logged in under admn. which I am.  Or it might be the wrong firmware again it is the right one i checked double checked and rechecked again. 
Any advice would be more than helpful Thanks

Have you tried uploading from the computer that is normally hardwired to the router?
