Just picked up my 323 yesterday and for the most part it is working as expected. I ran into what I believe is a known issue with the version of samba that the 323 uses and the one that 8.10 uses but that was corrected by adding the following line to my smb.conf file

[global]
client lanman auth = yes

Now I am accessing the 323 via the "connect to server" option under Ubuntu giving it the smb path to find the share. I have begun transferring my files over and notice I am getting at max 5.0MB\Sec. Can anyone confirm that this would be the expected speed I should be getting? Is there anything I can tweak to get better performance? My PC is using a 10/100 onboard card going to a linksys SD2008 Gigabit switch which also has the 323 plugged into it.

With a 10/100 connection the best you'll see would be around 10MB/sec and then only with large files, if you're transferring a mixture of file with smaller file sizes expect a significant drop in throughput.

Looks fine to me.  With large files, I can get 3-6 MB/sec with Intel 4965 Wireless-N / on Windows XP & Seven.  On hardwired gigabit 6-18MB/sec.
