mobile program not working with DFL-860e with load balancing

Hi guys

I'm having a problem with my dfl 860e
its a hotel network and the guests want everything to work normally
2 wan interface with load balancing
user authentication
everything is working fine but I'm having problem with mobiles and pop3 emails.
my ip rules set are:

12  allow_ping-outbound  NAT  lan  lannetAddress: 192.168.0.0/24  wans all-netsAddress: 0.0.0.0/0  ping-outbound
3  allow-dns  NAT  lan  lannetAddress: 192.168.0.0/24  wans all-netsAddress: 0.0.0.0/0  dns-allDestination ports: 53

What kind of problems?
How did you configured your RLB?
Show routing tables, PBR rules, RLB instances

my load balance is working fine
but my problem is when any phone connect to the access point he will not be able to watch any video like youtube or his store application like ovi store or google market, I've try more than one mobile (galaxy - iphone - nokia ) and with my search aboute the problem some forums said its because of rtsp protocol
