Bundled Total Recovery Application Freezes. Mdlink Cloud setup on IOS

Hello

1. I just purchased a DNS-323 which comes with Total Recovery Pro application. I am running Windows 8.1 [64-bit].

Upon clicking "Snapshot" the app freezes. I have to open task manager to kill it.

Is there a patch available for this app to work with Windows 8.1?

2. I installed mydlink cloud app on my iphone. I need to fill in the Server address, account and password. What would be the server address and account?
