site.

I have one remote site running 3.11 with two cameras (Site A), and one remote site running 3.11 with one camera (Site B).  I can connect to both sites just fine, and I can see live video from any of the three cameras just fine.  But if I try to view both cameras from Site A at the SAME TIME, it never loads the second camera (whichever one I try to play second).  I can view one camera from Site A and one camera from Site B just fine, but not two from the same Site A.  Any idea why?

To clarify, it won't even let me connect the second camera.  I can drag it to an open "screen" and nothing happens.  The little disconnected icon never changes to a paused or play icon.  And right clicking on the camera and clicking "connect" does nothing.  Choosing "connect all" for the site likewise does nothing.

Again to clarify, "second" camera refers to the second camera I try to activate, not necessarily the second camera in the list.  If I stop playback on the "first" camera (play icon changes to pause icon), then it will let me connect to and view live video from the second camera (now I've got a play icon and a pause icon).  But now it won't let me resume playback on the "first" paused camera.

This is a known Remote limitation on D-ViewCam (up to 3.11). There is a thread somewhere on this issue, and it seems you might need to create 2 separate server sessions on site A (2 [virtual] network cards?) in order to see both cameras at A. Can't remember exactly anymore how somebody solved it, but it is in the thread. Remove Live Viewer and Remote Playback both have this 'feature' for multiple cameras at one running Console...

It is an age-thing that I cannot remember, but please search this forum and thou shalt find.

No solution as of yet, sorry. It seems multi-channel playback is only allowed (for now) on the professional version of the Playback locally, but from what I gather, even on the Professional version multi-channel Remote Playback is not working (fine).
