Trouble with radmin
« on: February 19, 2009, 07:24:03 PM »

I had a Linksys  >:( Today I bought a Dlink ;D I use radmin "http://www.radmin.com/" to connect to my pcs at home.  I have setup port fowarding and I can connect to my 2 desktop pcs if I connect to 192.168.0.100 & 101 port 4900 & 4899.  When I try to go out on my internet connection and connect to those pcs with the ip address given to me by my provider I can't connect.  I also have desktop sidebar on my laptop with a pannel that will allow me to see utorrent traffic.  I have the ports setup for that also.  It will not show my traffic with my ip address from provider.   My linksys was setup the same way and I worked fine.  I think it is something in the Dlink settings that is preventing me for going out on the internet and comming back in.

PS  I can connect to the remote computers if I am on a different access point.

What hardware version and firmware version is the router?

Try using virtual server and disable the port forwarding rules you created and see if that makes a difference.
