Mac 10.6 lots of issues

I have MacPro with 10.6.4 and have had lots of problems.  Problems mounting, problems copy files, folders, etc.  I have had problems just opening folders to see what's inside.  Slow response if any response at all.

I've tried SMB, AFP, NFS, with all the same results.  No response when I try to open a folder.

Anybody else have these issues?
