There are many complaints about write performance with firmware 2.02, so, please guys, tell us the truth !
Why not engineers at D-Link perform a speed test and report us a verdict?

Any chance you can connect a external GB network switch between the 655 router and your devices and PCs? I highly recommend doing this as it will separate the NAS and Pcs from any router processing that is currently happening and will allow a more direct connection between the PCs and NAS.

I currently have a 655 router and right behind it is a 24pt Gb swtich and everything connected to that. Great speeds. Usually see about 40-60Mbs between PCs. Thats about what you should see after you connect a switch. Dlink has switches, I prefer HPs Pro Curve.

The problem your seeing is that the router is doing additional processing as thats its main function. This is pretty much inherent to any router. So if you separate that from the NAS and PCs, you'll see way better speeds and still connect to the Internet.

Maybe the way your router is set up too.

hat Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under router.
What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on routers web page under status.

What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
What ISP Modem do you have? Stand Alone or built in router?
What ISP Modem make and model do you have?
If this modem has a built in router, it's best to bridge the modem. Having 2 routers on the same line can cause connection problems.

Some things to try:
Ensure DNS IP addresses are being filled in under Setup/Internet/Manual? You can find these under Status/Device Info/Wan section.
Turn off ALL QoS options temporarily.
Turn off Advanced DNS Services if you have this option under Setup/Internet/Manual.
Turn on DNS Relay under Setup/Networking.
Setup DHCP reserved IP addresses for all devices on the router. Setup/Networking
Ensure devices are set to auto obtain an IP address.
Set Firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for TCP and UDP.
Enable uPnP and Multi-cast Streaming under Advanced/Networking.

What wireless modes are you using?
Try single mode G or mixed G and N?
What security mode are you using? Preferred security is WPA-Personal. WPA2/Auto TPIK and AES.
What wireless devices do you have connected?
Any cordless house phones?
Any other WiFi routers in the area? Use InSSIDer to find out.
Turn off Short GI and Extra Wireless Protection if you have it. Under Advanced/Advanced Wireless.

Enable uPnP and Multi-cast Streaming under Advanced/Networking.

Turn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while testing. 3rd party firewalls are not generally needed when using routers as they are effective on blocking malicious inbound traffic.
Turn off all devices accept for one wired PC while testing.

Check cable between Modem and Router, swap out to be sure. Cat6 is recommended.

Maybe someone can review your router settings with you using teamviewer.

Tried most of your suggestion now, still the same low 9,5 MB per second.

Only have CAT6 cables, No "ordinary" Phone, just a Samsung Galaxy II that uses my wireless connection, everything else is wired.

What hard drives are you running in the DNS-320?

Is this NAS a older 320 unit or a newer version? I've been told that older 320 units don't support speeds over 15Mb so if your using an older unit, your hitting the max speed limit. Newer units should be able to see faster speeds.

What speeds are people expecting from this budget NAS unit?
20MB/sec is its max regardless - this is made perfectly clear by reviews on the web.
My unit reaches 20mb/sec and has done on the last few firmwares including the latest.
