ssh thru wireless router
« on: January 28, 2012, 07:54:08 AM »

Hi all,

Currently, I'm unable to ssh from a remote computer thru a cable model then thru a DI724GU wireless router to my desktop computer.

But, I can ssh from a remote computer thru a cable modem to my desktop computer if I bypass the router.

So, the bug must be the router.  I know the router works since I can
use the desktop's browser.  I'm sure I have the correct IP address.
I also know sshd is running using the default port.

Could someone please inform me about what the issue is and how to fix it.

Appreciate the help,
matias.

I recommend you call your local DLink support office for help on this.

Might need to open ports for this.
