Hi,
Make sure you use the right side slot on your 320. If you know the IP address of your 320, enter those numbers xxxx.xxx.x.xx into your browser and hit enter. If you don't know the IP, logon to your router and look around, somewhere there will be a list of devices connected to the router with their IP addresses and write down the one for the 320. This should get you to the 320's GUI and the Admin login screen. Do the login there and then see if you can format and setup the drive in your 320. If you cannot find the drive or the format fails, remove the drive and attach it to a windows machine and use Disk Manager to delete all volumes, shut it down, and then replace in the 320 and try again. Hope these suggestions help. Good luck
